Workout #329 of 365 (2017)

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell, Jump Rope

#1: Complete 5 Rounds.

1 minute Jump Rope Skips

30 seconds Kettlebell Clean and Press (strong)

30 seconds Kettlebell Clean and Press (stronger)

30 seconds REST

***1-2 minutes to recover then…***

#2:  Complete 3 rounds as quickly as possible

30 Mountain Hoppers  (15/leg)

30 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings  (15/arm)

Record your weight used and time for #2.
