MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope

Complete 5 Rounds of the following

30 seconds Crawl (any style – click link for a video of variations)

3 minutes to complete as many rounds as possible

10 Lateral Jumps

10 Total Body Extensions

10 Mountain Climbers (per leg)

10 Squats

Rest 30 seconds

Record your rounds.
