MONDAY WORKOUT 

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

ME Perfect Pushups (as soon as your form breaks down or you must rest, take off running!

Sprint 100 Yards

You are scored on the total number of pushups completed.

***Rest 2 minutes then…***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

Run 200 Yards

10 Sit Throughs (5/side)

20 Total Body Extensions

10 Jumping Squats
