FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells.

“The Gobbler”

Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 18 minutes

Sprint 200 meters

12 Dumbbell Thrusters

12 Dumbbell Split Squats  (6 per leg)

12 One Arm Dumbbell Snatch  (6 per arm)

12 Suitcase Crunches
