FRIDAY WORKOUT

Workout #325 of 365 (2018)

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

Complete 5 rounds.  Alternate between 40 seconds of rest and 20 seconds of work.
