Workout #323 of 365 (2017)

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes, complete the following (minutes 1 – 4 are done for 5 rounds)

Minute #1: 15 Kettlebell Swings

Minute #2: 30 seconds Crawl (any style – click link for a video of variations)

Minute #3: 15 Kettlebell Swings

Minute #4: 40 seconds Bird Dogs    

Record your weight used.
