Workout #303 of 365 (2017)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Box, Resistance Band, and Kettlebell.

Complete 5 Rounds: (35 seconds WORK, 10 seconds REST per exercise each round)

Kettlebell Swings

Band Pull Aparts

Box Step-Ups

Suitcase Crunches

Mountain Climbers   

***At the end of each round, sprint 100 meters and rest until the top of the next minute before starting again***
