TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and MAX time Plank hold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.

Complete 5 Rounds

5/5 Kettlebell Press

10 Goblet Squats

20 Kettlebell Swings

***Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds

Record your time and weight used.
