MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None.

#1: Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

ME Perfect Pushups(as soon as your form breaks down or you must rest, take off running!

Sprint 100 Yards

You are scored on the total number of pushups completed.

***Rest 2 minutes then…***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 12 minutes

Run 200 Yards

10 Sit Throughs (5/side)

20 Total Body Extensions

10 Jumping Squats

Record your pushups from #1 and your rounds for #2.
