SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete 5 Rounds

Half Turkish Getup (from Ground to Standing)

10 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

1 Half Reverse Turkish Getup (from Standing to Ground)

Right:

Half Turkish Getup (from Ground to Standing)

10 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings

1 Half Reverse Turkish Getup (from Standing to Ground)
