THURSDAY WORKOUT

Workout #316 of 365 (2018)

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

Complete 5 rounds.  Alternate between 40 seconds of rest and 20 seconds of work.

Then...

Complete 3 rounds.  Alternate between 30 seconds of work and 30 seconds of rest.
