WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells

4 Rounds

10 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift

20 (10/10) One-Arm Dumbbell Overhead Press (Modification: Push press)

30 Squats

40 Flutter Kicks

50M Dumbbell Farmer’s Carry
