MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: None!

Every Minute on the Minute for 18 minutes, complete the following

MINUTE 1

5 Pushups

12 Box Step-Ups

MINUTE 2

10 Mountain Hoppers(per side)

10 Suitcase Crunches

MINUTE 3

5 Jumping Squats

Sprint 100 Yards

***Repeat this sequence to complete a total of 18 minutes. So…it’s really just 6 rounds of the 3 minutes listed above.***
