11/12/2018: Monday Workout!

We had a blast working on skills with friends from the Atlanta kettlebell community.  Check out that Beast bent press!

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.


In 18 minutes, complete the following sequence as many times as possible

Pushups, 15 Kettlebell Swings

Pushups, 9 Kettlebell Swings

Pushups, 6 Kettlebell Swings

Sprint 100 Yards

Squat Thrusts, 10 Reverse Lunge Steps

Squat Thrusts, 6 Reverse Lunge Steps

Squat Thrusts, 4 Reverse Lunge Steps

Sprint 100 yards
