Workout #302 of 365 (2017)

WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell.

Complete 5 Rounds:

1 minute to perform 5 Press (per arm), Rest in remaining time

30 seconds to perform 9 One Arm Kettlebell Swings (per arm), Rest in remaining time

1 minute to perform 5 Squat  (per arm), Rest in remaining time

30 seconds to complete as many lengths as possible of 20-yard Shuttle Run

Rest 1 minute between rounds.

Record your weight used and total length completed (Shuttle Run).
