Warmup:  Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.


Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 12 minutes:

10 Kettlebell Goblet Cleans

5 Left/ 5 right Kettlebell Reverse Lunge (Goblet Hold)

5 Left/ 5 Right Lawnmower Row

20 Meter Slow Crawl

Then, complete the following grinder. Each round totals 11 reps. Time cap 8 minutes.
