WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Workout #309 of 365 (2017)

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells

#1:   Complete 5 Rounds of the following

90 seconds to do as many reps as possible

7 Dumbbell Thrusters

7 Pushups

7 Speed Skaters

***Rest 1 minute between each 90-second effort***

#2: Complete as many rounds as possible in 6 minutes

20 Mountain Climbers

10 Plank Jacks

Record your rounds and weight used.
