11/05/2017: Getup and Swing!

Workout #306 of 365 (2017)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell(s) – Go as heavy as you can safely go and feel free to use a few different bells for this one if you have them!

Complete 5 Rounds:

1 Turkish Getup  (strong) / 1 Turkish Getup(stronger)

5 Goblet Squats

7 Kettlebell Swings(strong), 7 Kettlebell Swings  (stronger)

Record your weight used for each movement.
