MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:   None.

Complete 13 Rounds of the following 1-minute sprint workout. Rest 30 seconds between each of the 13 rounds.

In 1-minute, complete as many rounds as possible

10 Jumping Jacks

7 Speed Skaters

4 Split Jumps  (2/side)

1 Burpee
