SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell(s).

Complete 5 Rounds:

1 Turkish Getup  (strong) / 1 Turkish Getup (stronger)

5 Press  (strong) / 5 Press  (stronger)

7 Kettlebell Swings (strong), 7 Kettlebell Swings  (stronger)

Record your weight used for each movement.
