SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Timing Device.

Complete 6 Rounds of the following

Run 0.25 miles

Rest 2 minutes

Record your splits for each interval. Try to maintain your pace throughout the workout!
