FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Jump Rope, Kettlebell.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

12 Dumbbell Romanian Deadlift

8 Dumbbell Thrusters

12  Dumbbell Split Squats (6/side)

8 Dumbbell Bent Over Row

200-yard Run Jump Rope Skips

Modify as needed and record your DB weight.
