WEDNESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.

Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes, complete the following

Minutes 1-5

3 Press (strong)

3 Press (stronger)

3 Pushups

Minutes 5-10

5 Goblet Squats

5 Jumping Squats

Minutes 11-15

5 Squat Thrusts

10-yard Crawl (any style – click link for a video of variations)

Minutes 16-20

40 seconds Shuttle Run

20 seconds REST
