Workout #294 of 365 (2017)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).


Complete 4 rounds of the following 3-minute Workout. Rest 1 minute between each of the 4 Rounds.

In 3 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible

15 Kettlebell Swings

5 Goblet Squats

Sprint 50 Yards

5 Star Jumps

15 Lateral Jumps
