MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretchingfollowed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Mini Resistance Bands.

Complete 3 rounds of the following.

40 seconds Banded Seal Jacks, 20 seconds REST

30 seconds Pushups, 15 seconds REST

30 seconds Jumping Squats, 15 seconds REST

40 seconds Lateral Lunge, 20 seconds REST

60 seconds Run, Rest 90 seconds

Record any modifications you used for the workout and the color of the band. Don’t forget your Ab-Tober workout for today!
