It's finally here! Come out and play tonight, 6:00 PM at Arches Brewing. Workout followed by post workout carbohydrates!

Workout #288 of 365 (2017)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.


Complete as many rounds as possible in 14 minutes

Run 600 yards (2 laps at Barrett Park)

25 Dumbbell Thrusters (Note: You may need to break this into a few sets to complete 25 reps!)

10 Dumbbell Floor Press w/ Glute Bridge

10 Side Lunges (per side – Use 1 or 2 Dumbbells)

25 Squat Thrusts

Record your rounds and the weight of your dumbbells. Make sure you hit the ABtober workout too!
