Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.


Complete the following

4 Rounds of the following sequence

Crawl for 30 seconds, Rest for 30 seconds

30 seconds  Box Jumps or  Box Step-Ups

30 seconds  Pushups  or  Clapping Pushups

30 seconds  Skater Squatsor  Speed Skaters

30 seconds Jumping Jacks

30 seconds REST

Then after 4 rounds are completed,

Run 3 minutes covering as much ground as possible.

Record the distance you ran and any modifications you made to today’s workout. Don’t forget your ABtober workout for today!
