SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell

Complete 20 minutes of the following sequence

Minute #1: 1 Getup (strong side)

Minute #2: 20 Swings (Heavy – Single Arm or Two Arm)

Minute #3: 1 Getup (stronger side)

Minute #4: 20 Swings (Heavy – Single Arm or Two Arm)

(Minutes 5, 9, 13, 17 = Minute #1; 6, 10, 14, 18 = Minute #2…)

Record your weight used, total time for the workout and don’t forget to do today’s ABtober workout!
