SATURDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups,10 Squats, and MAX time Plank  hold.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Timing Device.

#1: Every Two Minutes for 10 Minutes:

Run 200 meters (Rest in any remaining time)

#2: Every Minute on the Minute for 10 Minutes:

Sprint 100 meters (Rest in any remaining time)

Record your splits. Don’t forget to tackle today’s ABtober workout! We’re almost halfway!
