FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Dumbbells

Complete 5 Rounds of the following:

10 left /10 right Dumbbell Reverse Lunge

10 Dumbbell Push Press

10 left /10 right Dumbbell Plank Rows

100M Sprint
