Smugs Fitness is coming to Arches Brewing in Hapeville next Wednesday October 18th for Boot Camp and Brews! Free to sweat with us and all are welcome. Hang out afterward for some brews with fine foilks at Arches!

THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Bird Dogs(hold 2 seconds/side)

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

25 March Steps (per leg)

20 Total Body Extensions

15 Squats

10 T-Plank Rotations  (5/side)

5 Burpees
