TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching     followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps(each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Kettlebell.

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

12 Russian Kettlebell Swings

6 Pushups

3 Goblet Squats

Sprint 100 Yards

Record your rounds completed and the weight of your kettlebell. Don’t forget your Ab-tober workout!
