THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:  Run/Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Perform dynamic stretches followed by 2 minute plank hold, 15 squats and 15 plyometric pushups (clapping is strongly encouraged)

Workout:

Complete as 7 Rounds as quickly as possible

7 Goblet Squats (use DB)

7 Dumbbell Push Press

7 Jumping Squats

7 Burpees

250 meter Sprint
