THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 5 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

40 seconds Lateral Band Walk   (20 seconds each direction)

20 seconds Banded Squats

30 seconds REST

40 seconds Mountain Climbers             

20 seconds Squat Thrusts

30 seconds REST

1 minute RUN

1 minute REST

Record the band used and any modifications. Don’t forget about Ab-Tober!
