THURSDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and MAX time Plank.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete 4 Rounds. 

Each movement will be performed for 30 seconds, followed by 30 seconds of rest.

Box Step-Ups

Kettlebell Heartbeats

Mountain Climbers

One Arm Kettlebell Swings (alternate arms each round)

And.... ABtober!

For 4 minutes, alternate between 30 seconds Superman Hold and 30 seconds Hollow Body Hold.
