Workout #275 of 365 (2017)


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.


Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes

Run 200 yards

10 Dumbbell Plank Rows (5/arm)

Pushups on Dumbbells

Dumbbell Bent Over Row

Dumbbell Shoulder Press

20 Dumbbell Reverse Lunge (10/leg)

Record your weight used, rounds completed and don’t forget the AB-tober workout!
