MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Timing device.

Complete 4 Rounds of the following

40 seconds Lateral Lunge, 20 seconds REST

30 seconds Vertical Jumps         

40 seconds Plank with Shoulder Taps, 20 seconds REST

30 seconds Donkey Kicks       

40 seconds Skipping, 20 seconds REST

30 seconds Squats

30 seconds REST
