SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Every 3 minutes for 21 minutes, complete the following

Minute 1: 1 Turkish Getup  (strong)

Minute 2: 1 Turkish Getup  (stronger)

Minute 3: 15 Heavy Kettlebell Swings

Record your weight used for each movement.
