SUNDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebells

Every minute, on the minute, for 20 minutes, complete the following in order:

Minute 1: 10 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings (Left)

Minute 2: 10 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings  (Right)

Minute 3: Turkish Getups (Left)

Minute 4: Turkish Getups  (Right)
