FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 25 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebells

Part 1

10 Rounds

1 Clean, 1 Press, 1 Squat (strong side); Repeat on stronger side

Part 2

Every minute, for 8 minutes, complete the following:

8/8 Single Arm Kettlebell Swings
