Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  None

Part 1:

Complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes

15 Jumping Squats

10/10 Sit Throughs

10 Pushups

Skip 50 meters

Run 150 meters

Part 2:

4 Rounds of 20 seconds StrongFirst Plank , 10 Seconds Rest
