Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

5/5 Dumbbell Split Squats

20 Glute Bridge

20 (10/10) Plank with Shoulder Taps

Part 2: Complete 3 rounds

15 Dumbbell Thrusters
