TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebells

Complete the following (20 min. cap):

50 Kettlebell Swings

40 Goblet Squats

30 (15/15) One Arm Kettlebell Push Press

20 (10/10) Lawnmower Row

10 Burpees        

20 (10/10) Lawnmower Row

30 (15/15) One Arm Kettlebell Push Press

40 Goblet Squats

50 Kettlebell Swings
