09/21/2018: Friday Workout!

Our strong Student Transport, Inc. crew had a great outdoor workout at Woodward Academy yesterday!

FRIDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching   followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:  Kettlebell

Complete 5 rounds of the following workout. Rest 1 minute between rounds.

In 3 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible

12 Mountain Climbers  (each leg is ½ rep)

21 Kettlebell Swings

3 Goblet Squats

Sprint 100 Yards
