Workout #261 of 365 (2018)

TUESDAY WORKOUT

Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed Lateral Jumps (each foot).

Complete 5 Rounds of the following 3-minute workout. Rest 1 minute between rounds.

In 3 minutes, complete as many rounds as possible

Sprint 50 yards FORWARD

5 Pushups

5 Broad Jumps

5 Squats

Sprint 50 yards BACKWARD
