TWO MINUTE CHALLENGE #2: How many Jump Rope Skips  can you do in 2 minutes? The standard is simple, every time the rope passes above your head and then back under your feet without interruption, you have completed a rep. When you complete the challenge, post your results to comments below the daily workout. To keep everyone honest, have someone else count your reps!You will have until Sunday (9/16/2012) at 5:00 PM (EST) to complete this week’s challenge.

MONDAY WORKOUT

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 10 one-footed lateral hops (each foot).

“5 x 3”– For the 5 mini-workouts below, complete as many reps/rounds as possible in 3 minutes. You will rest 1 minute between each workout, so each workout should be an all out sprint.

#1: Complete as many reps of Kettlebell Swings  as possible in 3 minutes.

#2: Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 3 minutes

          3 Burpees

          12 Lateral Jumps (jump over KB, each side is 1 rep)

#3: Complete as many reps of Lunge Steps  as possible in 3 minutes.

#4: Complete as many rounds of the following as possible in 3 minutes

           5 Situps

           5 Leg Lifts

#5: Complete as many reps of Hatemakers  as possible in 3 minutes.
