TWO MINUTE CHALLENGE #1: How many Situpscan you do in 2 minutes? Your feet may be anchored by a pair of dumbbells or by a human. Each situp must start with the back and shoulders flush with the ground. At the midpoint of the situp, hands must touch the feet. Finish the rep by returning the shoulders and back to the starting position.


Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, 10 Good Mornings  and 15 Jumping Jacks.

Complete 4 Rounds for the following as quickly as possible

1 Minute of Jump Rope Skips

20 Box Jumps (use an object at least 16” high)

60 Mountain Climbers  (each leg is 1 rep)
