LABOR DAY GROUP WORKOUT!

Join us at the gym at 9AM to complete this workout as a group!

Warmup:   Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching  followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED:   

Spend 4 minutes at each station completing as many rounds as possible of the movements listed.  In between each station, spend a total of 3 minutes running 1/4 mile and resting.

Station 1:  10 Mini Band Rows, 5 Pushups, 10 left /10 right Mountain Climbers

Station 2: 20 Banded Seal Jacks, 20 Second Hardstyle Plank

Station 3: 6 Goblet Squats or 12 Air Squats, 12 Plank Drags

Station 4: 12 Kettlebell Swings, 12 Suitcase Crunches

Station 5: 8 left/ 8 right Reverse Lunges, 12 Loaded Vertical Jumps

Station 6:  15 Slamballs 10 Squat Thrusts
