Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 30 Jumping Jacks.

5 Rounds:

1 left /1 right Turkish Getups

8 left /8 right Kettlebell Swings

3 Goblet Squats (heavy)

8 Pushups
