Warmup: Run or Jump Rope for 2-3 minutes. Dynamic Stretching followed by 10 Pushups, 10 Squats, and 20 Squat Thrusts.

Part 1:

3 Rounds

40 seconds Squats, 20 seconds rest

40 seconds Pushups , 20 seconds rest

40 seconds Lateral Lunge20 seconds rest

40 seconds Total Body Extensions20 seconds rest

Part 2:

3 Rounds

40 seconds Jingle Jangles, 20 seconds rest

40 seconds Mountain Hoppers, 20 seconds rest

40 seconds X-Situps, 20 seconds rest
